CA. Sajjan K. Agrawala is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and presently working as Financial Controller with Al Jazeera Real Estate Development Co. His professional work experience in Kuwait includes working in investment and retail sectors. In India, he worked in various capacities under Government of India. He was also a faculty member with ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI and other training institutions. On an earlier occasion, he had taken a CPE session on “Right to Information Act” under the aegis of Kuwait Chapter of ICAI. The topic was well appreciated by the members. Once again, CA. Sajjan will be addressing an important and highly relevant topic titled “Estate Planning for Individuals – An Indian Perspective”. The topic will aim to inform members about nuances of the subject and enlighten all regarding its importance to ensure distribution of assets to heirs in right manner with minimum hassles.
